Our Pass Pledge
At London Law Tutors we are so convinced, that our teaching methods
provide the best possible preparation for the LLB, that we have
now introduced the unique PASS PLEDGE as a mark of our confidence.
Over the years almost every LLT student who has submitted their
course work and taken the mock exam has gone on to pass the University
of London examination in the subjects on which they were enrolled.
In light of this we have decided to offer the following guarantee
to every student who enrols with LLT.
In the unlikely event that you fail to pass a particular University
of London LLB exam in a subject(s) on which you have enrolled
with LLT, you will be allowed to register for that subject(s)
the following year for a nominal LLT registration fee of £50
per subject (for which you will receive all the LLT services in
that subject(s), for which you were enrolled the previous year).
The offer is your guarantee that the service provided by LLT is second
to none and is subject to the following conditions.
To
qualify under the PASS PLEDGE a student must have:
- Joined LLT on, or before, 1 January 2009;
- Submitted all the LLT course work (by the appropriate
date) in the failed subject and achieved an average mark of
at least 35% (this minimum has been set to encourage serious
attempts at the course work but is deliberately lower than
the LLB pass mark of 40%);
- Enrolled on the MOCK EXAM in the failed subject (although
there is no requirement to achieve a minimum mark in the Mock);
and
- Failed the particular University of London exam
(and any subsequent referral offered), in the same year in
which the student enrolled with LLT, for any reason other
than non-attendance or having been adjudged to have committed
an exam irregularity.
